And the best way to prepare breakfast is the alkaline way so that you can be free of acid that will be produced from daily activities. If you want to live your life to the fullest and reach your highest potential, here are the foods that you can eat for breakfast that’s alkaline.

  • Garlic Broccoli  Omelette

Having broccoli for breakfast is kind of peculiar right? Wrong! It is actually amazing and nothing beats a good Omelette recipe! Slice a small piece of broccoli into small chunks and saute it with garlic. Then add two beaten eggs to the pan. Flip to the other side after a minute. Add pepper to taste. Voila! Instant alkaline healthy breakfast.

  • Cauliflower and Mushroom Wrap

Wraps are yummy and fun and can be turned into alkaline breakfast goodness. Just stir fry chopped cauliflower and sliced mushrooms. Add salt and pepper to taste and some basil for aroma. In another pan heat up some tortilla wraps for wrapping. After stir frying, add the cauliflower and mushroom to the wrap and roll it into a tube like formation. Best dipped in gluten free garlic mayo.

  • Creamy Spinach 

Another great breakfast idea is Creamy Spinach. Chop 2 spinach bunches then saute them with garlic and onions in a frying pan. Don’t forget salt and pepper to taste with a little basil. Add 1 cup of heavy cream with a little slice of butter and cheese to the pan. Mix well and let it simmer for 2 minutes. 

  • Smoothee Fruity Delight

Lastly, if you can’t eat at home or you prefer something in liquid form, you can try Smoothie Fruity Delight. Just add Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries to the blender, blend them then add 1 cup of soy milk and 1 scoop of ice to the concoction. A little dose of honey is also a good option for the added flavoring. Now you have something to go for the whole day.
